Ayman Amin Sejiny is the Chairman of Tatweer Holding since its inception, where he leads the board and all committee reporting with his extensive knowledge and diverse expertise across multiple sectors. With over 24 years of experience in investment and corporate banking in local, regional, and international markets, Ayman is a highly accomplished financial industry leader.

Currently, Ayman serves as the CEO of the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), the private sector arm of the Islamic Development Bank Group. His career includes prominent roles such as Chief Executive Officer of Ibdar Bank BSC, Bank Alkhair, Barclays Capital Saudi Arabia, and Chairman of Open-Silicon, Inc. and Bahrain Financing Company Group. Additionally, he has been a Board member of Unicorn Bahrain and has held senior positions at Citibank and ABN AMRO affiliates in Saudi Arabia, including Saudi American Bank (SAMBA) and Saudi Hollandi Bank.

Ayman is recognized for his innovation in financial processes and products, making him a distinguished Board and C-Level performer. He holds a BA in Finance from Eastern Michigan University, USA, and is a certified Board Director from Board Enhance – UAE.
