This includes fostering a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to rules and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of business practices, and upholding ethical behavior and integrity.

Furthermore, our Code of Conduct outlines expectations for employees to safeguard company assets, ensure information security, and contribute to economic development while enhancing the quality of life for our workforce.

The Code of Conduct is integral to our daily business interactions with customers, vendors, business partners, and stakeholders. All employees are required to understand, acknowledge, and comply with its provisions.

Any breach of this Code is considered unacceptable and may result in disciplinary action, termination, litigation, or the termination of business relations with Tatweer Holding.

To uphold a safe and healthy work environment, all employees at Tatweer Holding are committed to preventing work-related injuries and following environmentally friendly guidelines. It is essential for every employee to comply with the rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other countries when traveling.

In conducting business, Tatweer Holding adheres to the highest standards of ethical behavior and integrity. This includes addressing conflicts of interest, outside employment, corruption, and gifts and entertainment.

Protecting company assets is paramount. Employees must obtain approval from the Corporate Communications Department before using Tatweer Holding’s intellectual property rights. Additionally, employees must responsibly handle company funds, equipment, and other assets.

Unauthorized Internet usage is prohibited, as it can cause network congestion. Employees must secure their laptops, equipment, and personal belongings at all times, both on and off Tatweer Holding’s premises. Tampering with security and safety devices is strictly prohibited.

Tatweer Holding considers fraud and theft as severe offenses and expects all employees to safeguard company assets diligently.

Control over data and information flow within Tatweer Holding is crucial. Misuse of company knowledge for personal gain or benefiting external parties is strictly prohibited.

Employees handling personal information must not disclose it to unauthorized individuals or organizations. Any breach of confidentiality will result in disciplinary and legal action.

It is mandatory for all employees to report any breaches of the Code to Tatweer Holding’s Internal Audit and Group Chief Human Resources Officer.
