Supreeth Sandy is the CFO and Board Director at Tatweer Holding. As CFO and ARC committee lead, he oversees the financial reporting, compliance, legal, and governance within the company and all the funds advised by the company. Sandy works closely with deal teams on due diligence of target companies, structuring and negotiation of deal terms, sourcing deal leverage, and closing transactions.

Sandy is progressively dedicating more of his time to strengthening Tatweer Holding’s committees and advisors’ team on various fronts. His efforts include building deep and extensive proprietary networks, enhancing the financial intermediary ecosystem, identifying top-tier CEOs across industries, and improving the company’s operating and risk management systems and processes.

He commenced his career in 2004 as Managing Director and later was appointed as Board Director, orchestrating strategies that propelled Soundlines Group to significant growth and revenue milestones. With an extensive industry tenure of over 20 years, characterized by a steadfast commitment to excellence and innovation, Sandy has been instrumental in Tatweer Holding’s growth and development.

A certified Board Director from UKAF CERT Limited, London, Sandy serves as a Partner and Independent Board Director on multiple corporate boards in India, UAE, and KSA. He earned an MBA from Middlesex University, London and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, where he captained the university’s squash and cricket teams.
